Norwegian Fenalår. Whole leg

Fenalar is traditional Norvegian festive product for Christmas and New Year celebration. Use it whole as bold decoration for event buffet table or sliced as charcuterie board ingredient. Cured, dried and smoked. Pairs with acidic white wines, light red wines and apple cider. 

100g of Fenalar provides you with approx 25g of protein and 10g of lamb fat wich is rich in heart-healthy Oleic acid,Omega 3  and A,E,D,K vitamins. This product is rich source of iron, zinc, selenium and B12.
