Krakow pork sausage, known in Polish as kiełbasa krakowska and in German as Krakauer, is a smoked Polish pork sausag characterized by its large diameter, distinct chunks of coarsely cut, cured meat. Use it tin slices for charcuterie board and pair it with high acidic whites, full-bodied reds, crispy beers. 

100g of Krakow Sausage provides you with approx 20g of protein and 10g of pork fat wich is rich in heart-healthy Oleic acid and A,E,D vitamins. This product is rich source of selenium, zinc, iron, phosphorus, and B vitamins - tiamin (B1), niacin (B3), B6, B12.
